Blue Danube

Blue Danube

Not far from me she lives this glass bead maker. She usually never makes sets of Hollow Beads, so if I see them I grab them quick.

Wonder what would happen if she stopped using pink as her trademark? A blue Pig! I truly wonder!

This one's for you Gelly!

"Danube so blue, so bright and blue, through vale and field you flow so calm,
our Vienna greets you, your silver stream through all the lands you merry the heart
with your beautiful shores."

Gratitude Giraffe ~

Gratitude Giraffe ~

Why ~ Because ~ She is simply the best friend I have ever know ~ to tell you the story, would take forever ~ true friends are always around when you need them the most! I have know her for over 40 years ~ this was her Holiday present
(&) ~ I have been buying beads from Linda James for what seems like eons, yet it seems like just yesterday ~

"At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person.
Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us"
Albert Schweitzer

The color is blue the beads are round!

The color is blue the beads are round!

Perfect rounds with great shape, form execution, and color! She has done it again, Elasia Gifts!
(insert applause)

Making Lampwork Glass Beads is not a glamorous job, it is a job that requires tons of torch time, it's becomes a rewarding job when a designer shows your what she did with her beads ~

I'll say it once, I'll say it twice ~ great beads make great bracelets, which makes my job so much easier!

Artists can color the sky red because they know it's blue. Those of us who aren't artists must color things the way they really are or people might think we're stupid.
